Which game ended up as the winner: Grand Theft Auto IV or Red Dead Redemption?

In my opinion Red Dead Redemption for the single-player campaign and multi-player. I want Red Dead to win the multi-player too, but I haven't gotten to play it because there aren't that many online (PS3).

Its hard to say i think they both have good action sequences even if RDR can seem a little slow due to the gun selection and being in the old west but that is what some people like and would gladly fight you on the subject personally for replay it would chose GTA4 mainly because i have replayed it before and found bascieally every way your dicisions change the game, that and you get a helicoptor. The shooting aspect though i think both have their different stratagies GTA is more on forceing the kill while RDR is more on wait and watch for the kill as to just throwing a grenade and its done. plus with dead eye you can take out several enamies each with a head shot very fast and saves on health which is another thing it is more on staying alive more than blowing everything up which is why it gives you medicine because due to the gun choice you can have a lot of people shooting you at the same time and be dead in seconds. that is my take on both games, i really dont think that they should be compared time wise.

in my suggestion Grand theft auto IV i have only merely played the red dead redemption but the Gta has better qualties and 3D than red dead redemption and grand theft auto is aazing like if you hit a car and smash through your window shield you can possibly smash through the other window shield
