What are people's predictions for E3 2009?

Just give your honest opinions on what your expecting to be announced or shown at E3 this year.

Squenix should announce Kingdom Hearts 3, and FF VII: Endless Crisis would be nice... Maybe a release date and more video of FF XIII: Versus... Possibly new hand helds or stationery consoles announced by the big 3 (and there's always that hope in the back of my mind for a new Sega console). Playable demos of some of the heavy hitters, like Versus, GoW3... Some new IPs would be nice too.

  1. A new Zelda for the Wii. Maybe a new console anouncement from one of the 3 corps. Other than that, I think Nintendo will have a big year.

  2. Sony *may* announce the PSP2. Nintendo *should* announce a major first party title. I'm expecting 'Kid Icarus' to finally appear. Microsoft will attempt some more market expansion with casual-oriented features and a Rare title.

  3. I suspect we're finally going to hear more about 3D gaming. That is the future. Some TV makers are already producing technology for it. I heard Sony or Samsung is in the process of manufacturing 3D TV's.

    Also think we may hear about a new Halo game coming out. I hope to see more about Bioshock 2.

  4. I'm Expecting alot of new announcements, but people are promising E3 returning to the form it had from a few years ago so i wouldn't be surpised if we get some massive things, just like porkroll's answer, maybe a new console announcement??

    Psp2, Wii2, Xbox720, are the 3 most likely condenders in my opinion.

    What i'm hoping for however, is a Gears 3 announcement, an announcement for MSG4 on cross-platform would confirm a few rumours also.

    Either way, i'll be waiting and on the edge of my seat!
