Do you think Apple should do more than just give people free cases to fix the iPhone 4 call dropping problems?

Well, they're also giving full refunds if you don't like it, and even working with AT&T to let people who return their phones out of their contracts, so if the free case isn't a good enough solution, people can go back to the 3Gs or even switch over to a Blackberry or Droid or other smart phone if they're that unhappy with it. People voting with their dollar is more effective than complaining if they want to see real change.

  4. Well, in order to fix it without a case, i assume they would have to be shipped back to apple and completely redesigned. Which would take a considerable amount of time and money. So i don't really think they should redesign the phones already sold. However, i think they need to change the design of the iPhone 4.

    If they don't change the design, the iPhone 4 will turn into a failure. Also, i think Apple should give everybody with an iPhone 4 a rebate on top of the free case. It's not fair to pay that much for some new technology and immediately break.
