If sony was furious at other companies and starting sueing,Who would go down first cause of being sued?

Probably no one. I don't think, at least at this point, Sony has any grounds on which to start litigation against Nintendo or Microsoft. Also, they'd probably end up settling out of court anyway, that's what happens with 80-90% of cases.

  1. I would have to say Nintendo aswell. Microsoft is a larger company (Atleast i think so), and it has a better chance of staying on it's feet.

    By the way, I don't really think Microsoft, Sony, or Nintendo would just start randomly suing another company. I think they have respect for the other companies.
