What's better Grand Theft Auto IV or Red Dead Redemption?

They're both good, but what do you think is better?

  2. Grand Theft Auto IV has way more replayability and overall, it will keep your attention more than Red Dead.

    Both are good though. If you haven't played both of them yet, i suggest you do so.

  4. Red Dead. The main story missions in both games are great overall, but the optional side missions are a lot better in Red Dead.

    I'd much rather do stuff break new horses and get into quick-draw battles than go bowling, play billiards, or drive to a diner (since I can do those things IRL.)

    The fact that GTA is in its fourth 3D iteration kind of gives it a "been there, done that" feeling as well.

  6. I like GTA because of it's well-done New York atmosphere. But RDR has an amazing desert setting. But I would choose an urban atmosphere over a desert anyday, so Gran Theft Auto for me.
