Cerebral Bore - Turok 2
This weapon literally flew at your fleeing opponent's head and drilled through their skull and into their brain, sending bits of brain and skull flying and producing some of the greatest sound effects ever.

Proximity Mines - Goldeneye
Playing an explosives only match in Goldeneye was my favorite match type. Backing yourself in a corner and covering a whole room with proximities, even if its not the best method, was my favorite thing to do.

Rocket Launcher - Halo 1
I say Halo one specifically because in Halo 2 it locks on and even in Halo 3 it feels a little different. The epic shots that could be obtained with the rocket launcher in Blood Gulch were endless

Mr. Grimm's Special - Twisted Metal 2
He shot a flaming skull that did massive damage. 'Nuff said.

Ostrich Hammer - Red Faction: Guerilla
This isn't out yet...but you can kill people with an ostrich and it squawks every time you do kill somebody. It's gonna be awesome.
