I searched the 'net to how to find keyblades.What does it mean "Clear Atlantica,Clear halloween town,etc."

Some keyblades are unlocked by beating a world, or sealing it (which usually happens right after beating a tough boss in that world). Others are given to you when you talk to certain people or a character joins your party for the first time (like when Simba joins you in the Pride Lands).
