Can you control multiple races at one time, in StarCraft II?

I remember in the first one as a Protoss you could take control of enemy builders and build there type of buildings like they were your own...can you do that in StarCraft II?

You can, but only with the Zerg I believe. Infester units have an infest ability that lets you take control of any ground unit.
