Does the ending of StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty change if you only beat some of the missions?

Or are there bonus endings etc. if you beat every mission?

Nope, the ending doesn't change depending on the missions you complete. As long as you finish the Mar Sara, Tychus Findlay, and Valerian Mengsk missions you will get to the end of the story. The extra missions give you insight into the plot and give you a better idea of what is happening in the StarCraft universe. You also get to use some extra units if you play the extra missions, along with more research points and credits.

  1. I have yet to find out for myself but apparently from what I have heard, nothing you do during the game will affect the ending in any way, the extra missions are just there to flush out the story and the universe and provide you with ways to get access to new units, more Credits, Research Points, and obviously better and more interesting game play. So however many missions you beat to make it to the ending, will result in the same ending every time.
