In Madden 11, how can I change the CPU difficulty from pro to All-Pro, mid-game, in franchise mode?

I don't think you can do it mid-game. But to change your difficulty settings before the game keep pressing R2 (Right Trigger on xbox) in the menu where you pick your teams and uniforms. The option should pop up..
