Which dead console would you "resurrect" if you had the power?

If you could choose any dead console (one no longer supported with new software) for its respective company to start releasing games for again, which would you choose?

I'd probably go with SNES. One of the finest dang consoles to ever be released IMO.

I'd choose the Dreamcast. I think it never really had its time on the market and its lifespan was severely cut short with the release of the PS2.

  5. I'm also going to say the Dreamcast. It had the hardware specs to compete with Sony and it gave online console gaming a shot before Xbox LIVE was a blip on anyone's radar. I still think Sega gave up too easily.

  8. Dreamcast.. easily. a fantastic system that's energy was stunted with the bad rep Sega had received after releasing so many duds, and the announcment of the PS2. RIP Dreamcast. *sniffle*
