Is there any benefit to collecting coffee thermoses in Alan Wake other than achievements?

I don't think so. I have been trying to collect all of them, but I haven't noticed any benefits from picking them up. I got the first achievement (Damn good cup of coffee), but again you don't get anything to help you in-game as a result of picking up the thermoses.
