How do you blow up the final generator in cryo storage in Fallout 3?
I shot at it but it won't blow up.

You don't shoot it, you get it to overload. Once you come up to the generator itself you'll interact with it and three white cylinders will pop up around it. Go to each one and interact with those; then run away, it'll blow up shortly thereafter. The generator itself is on the second floor at the far end of the room with the super mutants that have been frozen.
