I don't think there's a cheat for that. You actually have to download and install a mod. Just search "Hot Coffee Mod" in google and you'll find sites to download it from.

  1. Making "love"? I assure you, the atrocity that was the hot coffee mod in GTA: SA is nothing that looks like "love". It looks more like a bad DDR game of two people badly grinding with their clothes on. It's not worth the effort.
