How does Heavy Rain change when you change the difficulty?
By that I mean how is the game made more challenging when you increase the difficulty. It seems like they can't make the enemies live longer or add more enemies in a game like this, so what differentiates the difficulty settings? Are the commands more complicated or something? Is it the amount of time you have to press a button when prompted?

I tried this game on a few different difficulties. And i found out that, with every raise in the difficulty, the combos and stuff get harder. The descriptions actually define this pretty good. They say that the hardest difficulty is for people who are used to using the PS3 controller.
Which basically boils down to, many people don't know that the Sixaxis controller pretty much works like a motion controller.
