Your 360 will know how you feel...
imagine now..
Kinect is out. and it's running in the background. you had a devastating day.. you plop down in your couch... your xbox can see that you are upset and offers to play a comedy for you.
....is this the direction we want things to move?. or is this stepping too close into our realm of humanity that it's scary?
what are your thoughts on this concept?
(note, Kinects, right now, can't do this, that I know of, but it's possible..)

I like that kind of concept, where electronics can sense your moods and such and suggest content. But in practice it might be annoying if you get a content suggestion every time your facial expression changes.
I'll be on board once I'm able to upgrade my 360 to a "pleasure model."

I'm on the fence about that. Yes it would be cool, but only sometimes. If it were to do that randomly once a week I would like it. But I don't want to feel like the console has control over what I watch/play to the point that I'm not making my own decisions anymore.

That is a bit weird. And i think Kinect could do that if Microsoft wanted it to, since it can detect your emotions.
Eventually, i think electronics will do that. But for now, i don't think we need to worry about that. And, by the way, if you really tried, you could tell that this was coming. Tivo and DVRs and adapt to what you like and save things you would like to watch.
