How do I beat the High Dragon in Dragon Age: Origins Awakening?

Have a shield specialist tank with fire resist items equipped. Get a healer to heal your tank (if you have Heal party the fight will be much easier). Make sure to have a few ranged attackers as well. Taunt the dragon so it doesn't leave its perch and just keep on healing whenever necessary.
