Cheapest you can sell it for or cheapest you can buy it for? Your question is kind of confusing...
So it's like 60 dollars new and I looked around on Ebay and people aren't selling it used for less than 50! I would say if you want it cheap, wait a few more months until the novelty of the new game has worn off.

I guess this would also answer the selling question, you could get practically what you paid for by selling it on Ebay, which I have always found is a better option than say Gamestop. (HUGE ripoffs there!)
