If you are talking about the blue statues with hammers that come to life after the princess runs out of the room, you have to use the Nemean Cestus on them. You will notice that they start to turn red the more you hit them. After a certain number of blows part of their bodies start to fall off (if you are using the Cestus). Just keep hitting them and dodging until they are dead. You will have to fight them again so get used to their attack patterns.

Also, any enemy you see that is blue like that needs to be killed using the Cestus.
