Nope, there is a way to get easy money though...If you go to Bruski's Scrapyard, there is a random car next to the car crusher that you can break into. Drive it into the car crusher and collect the money for crushing it. Now leave out of the north exit of the scrapyard. Once you get under a bridge turn around and go back to the scrapyard...another car has respawned and you can run it through the car crusher and collect more money. You can keep on repeating this trick until you have all the money you want.
