Go to that sunny area, I can't remember the name right now, and level up until you are around lvl 70. Excavate some fossils then evolve them twice. This alone should help ensure that you beat Jado. Also try to have all of your specials ready for use when you get into the fight. That way you can spam your specials until you don't have anymore, when your done he should have a quarter of a life bar at most.
