should they make a "Little Big Planet" type game exclusively for Xbox360 and would be excited about it?
I personally have never played "LBP", but the reviews tell me it is a very fun game for creative people. So being a creative person, I would love to see it happen for I do not own a PS3.

To be honest, despite the awards and good press, LBP didn't perform that well comercially (by all accounts it performed pretty terribly from memory).
Content creation has been around for a very long time, in the end, LBP was polished but stretched beyond it's humble beginnings- it was a platform game without a tight control scheme.
There's plenty of prior art for content creation on consoles, Micro Machines springs to mind initially, but I'm sure there are more examples. LBP was set apart by it's online aspect. It was the first to a very well visited party, and I'd imagine other games will take elements from LBP rather than clone a kooky if simply "good" game. Custom content on consoles isn't a myth (Halo's Forge mode, whilst not as flexible, certainly offers similar features).
LBP set itself apart by the depth of it's toolset but it's gameplay was distinctly old fashioned.

Or I could just play one of a million different PC games that support custom content.

I think that it would be a great idea since Xbox360 is full of FPS (mainly), JRPG, RPG, etc... It would be good to see something new, like the type of game LBP, to enter Xbox360 library.

I don't think so. Microsoft tried to make alternate games on its first system. It didnt work so well in my opinion. MS should just worry about being MS. The whole "me too" thing is lame. Plus its painfully embarrassing. Who wants waggle controls on a 360? Or a social second-life world like PS3? Let them do their own thing and MS do theirs.
