When do you get to start training other Assassins in Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood?

I thought you could fight with other Assassins in this game?

Starting in Sequence 4, after you save a few citizens from Borgia soldiers, you will be able to recruit them into the Assassin's Guild. You just find a target you want to kill, get close enough to them so that they are shining and then press LB.
