Is Forza 4 coming out too early?

Forza 3 just came out a while ago. I think F4 is coming way too early. When these games start coming out earlier and earlier is when they start to lose their charm (IMO). An example of this is also with Skate games. I played the first and then the second, and then they started coming out so fast that i just didn't care about them anymore. What do you think? Is this a good thing or a bad thing?

As long as the game is solid I am fine with it coming out soon. I don't know if you like the Assassin's Creed games, but they have been coming out almost yearly. I really enjoy the series so I am looking forward to what the story holds in each new game.

I agree that some games loose their appeal when sequels just keep on popping up, but this is more of a concern for multiplayer games. I would be happy if Mass Effect 3 came out six months after ME2, just so I can continue the story......but I don't need or want another Halo/CoD/Skate, at least for a while.
