I have so many games I would splurge upon people if I could. I'll just keep it to my absolute favorite that i can play all the time over and over:
Lunar Silver Star Story - A classic rpg with a great story line. The 2-D graphics were awesome, they added so much to the game. I loved the spells that you got after a certain level. There is rare items you can get when you get a certain level and there are brominades that you can collect but they are only available at certain times. The story line is just the basic hero rescue damsel but for some reason it's better then it and just leaves the feeling of once you beat it that you just want to replay it over again.

  3. ONE of my favorite games is Second Sight... I would say that it isnt a very well know game, but it is definitly one of the best that i ever played on a console (FFVII too :P). It has an amazing story and that can make you stick to the game until you are trought it...Gosh i just stoped the game because i had to rest , because if i could to play till the end in one day i would do because i really loved the story behind that game. Its a great PS2 game ( i played it on a PS2) and i must say that its a must have and a must play to any gamer ;)

  4. Tetris Attack/Pokemon Puzzle League/Panel de Pon/Planet Puzzle League. These are basically all the same game with different themes and on different systems. It is my favorite puzzle game of all time, it is extremely simple to learn...just match three or more of the same colored blocks by switching any two horizontal blocks. But this leads to chains and combos and setting up patterns to do what you want. Where it really shines is in multiplayer. For every chain or combo you do, you drop garbage on your opponent, which they have to clear which turns in to more blocks. The matches get crazy with huge cmobos leading to huge garbage blocks...which lead to huge combos. I love it so much.

  5. Super Mario 64 all the way. One of those few games that has pick up and play controls, it's visually appealing (color-wise, not necessarily graphic-wise, though the graphics were considered pretty good at the time), and is able to be played for hours without getting repetitive or boring. It also helps that it's on the best console of all time, the N64. The runner-up for Super Mario 64, in my opinion would be the original paper mario.

  6. I find it hard to believe that someone can choose one ultimate game. There are so many great games. Games have been around for a pretty long time now and the catalog is huge. Good luck to anyone that can actually answer this question. I know I can't.

  7. My favorite game is Chrono Trigger. I'd recommend it if people want an extremely deep RPG that weaves the time element to smoothly that it's almost perfect. In addition, there are special combo moves if you have certain people in your party long enough AND multiple endings...among other things.

imo, RPGs now are severely lacking in the depth department as so much more resources have been put into looks instead of content.

  8. World of Warcraft - For the cost of the game and a monthyl subscription you can play for thousands of hours and not see and do everything the game has to offer, and since it an MMO there is a community of great people (and some not so great ones too) to socialize with while you play.

  9. Metal Gear Solid 4. It has so much variety in gameplay, great boss battles and the best presentation in a game I've ever seen.

Another great game I'd like to recommend is Fahrenheit also known as Indigo Prophecy, if you wanna play something totally different, get this game!
