Why did a low priority game in my queue ship first?

I joined Gamefly today and added games to my queue. My 1st choice is NHL11 for PS3, but i just received an email stating that COD - Black Ops shipped.

It probably shipped first because there were no more available copies of NHL11 today...one of the other games on your Q was available, so to make sure you have a game to play they sent that one instead.

  1. Actually they ship the first available game in your GameQ from your primary shipping center. Although your top ranked game may have reflected a high availability status on your GameQ, it was not available at the time of shipment. i have the same problem .

  2. i've had this happen to me alot of times already. they usually send the game that is in your top 5. Maybe they sent you COD because they had more of it than NHL11 (which is also my #1 in queue).
