What monster would you have created for RE5?

Let's face it, Capcom dropped the ball with a resounding thump when it came to RE5's enemies, amongst other things. Where are the man-eating zebras and infected gorillas armed with flails?

What "giant enemy crab" or bloodthirsty critter would you liked to have seen in the game?
