What is Wordscapes Daily Puzzle?

Wordscapes is one of the most played word games on mobile, with thousands of levels that combine an anagram wheel with a crossword grid. Alongside the level packs, the app publishes a Daily Puzzle: a single grid with six or seven letters and a set of words to find, the same for every player that day.

Solving the daily puzzle earns coins and keeps a streak. Bonus words, which are valid but not in the grid, earn extra coins.

How to play Wordscapes

Swipe through the letters on the wheel to spell a word. If it fits the crossword grid it drops into place; if it is a valid word that isn't in the grid, it counts as a bonus word. Fill every slot in the grid to complete the puzzle.

When does the new Wordscapes come out?

A new Wordscapes Daily Puzzle unlocks at midnight in your local time zone. We publish hints and answers as soon as the puzzle is available and keep every previous day in the archive above.

Wordscapes strategy and tips

1Find the longest word firstThe letters usually spell one word that uses all of them. It fills the longest slot.
2Work the pluralsIf there is an S, most words can be pluralised for an extra entry.
3Use short words to unlock crossingsThree-letter words fill fast and reveal letters in the longer slots.
4Collect bonus wordsValid words that aren't in the grid still earn coins. Enter everything you see.
5Count the slotsThe grid shows exactly how many words of each length you need.
